bulletMeet the homeowner visits - do a detailed assessment of chosen homes to prepare scope of work form and materials list to make needed repairs.
bulletCoordinate with Team Captains to make sure they are very clear on scope of work, materials needed and amount of volunteers needed to accomplish the repairs on their chosen home.

bulletSpray wash day - set schedule and deliver rigs to houses, assist captains as needed.
bulletProject day - support working teams as needed.
bulletHome Assessment and Take Off Forms
bulletPreview homes available through PHP at PHP offices.
bulletPrepare form for Prescreen visit and for Team Screen.
bulletDiscuss, explain work form with Techies at their training.
bulletInput information from Techie completed forms to determine materials to be purchased.
bulletCoordinate with Trades Support team for professional assistance needed as indicted on Take Off forms.
bulletCoordinate with Purchasing for ordering of needed materials.
bulletPurchasing, Acquiring needed materials
bulletCoordinate with Tech manager and Home Assessment team to determine all materials needed.
bulletCoordinate with Assessment and Trades support teams to identify and H&H provided materials needed by trades before usual project day and purchase.
bulletDetermine what will be purchased by PHP and what materials to be provided by H&H. Communicate totals with PHP.
bulletWork with donations committee to determine what items may be donated and what items H&H will need to purchase. Set time to order materials so that they will be received prior to Spray Wash Day.
bulletCoordinate with warehouse manager for receipt of materials.
bulletSet any accounts open for use on work days.
bulletPower/Spray Wash
bulletPrepare spray wash schedule sheets and distribute to Team Coordinators.
bulletCoordinate with zones as to how many power wash rigs will be needed and call the vendor to reserve the rigs that will be needed.
bulletPlace order for rigs and set delivery for the Friday prior to Spray Wash Day.
bulletReceive the rigs, confirm quantity and inspect for correct nozzles and wands.
bulletBring hoses in warehouse to the floor and assure there are enough.
bulletCoordinate Spray Wash Day send out and return.
bulletArrange and handle pick up of rigs by vendor.
bulletSafety
bulletPresent a few safety tips at each meeting for both council members and teams.
bulletDistribute safety issues information at house pick night.
bulletConduct power wash instruction during safety portion of Captain Meeting.
bulletContribute to Safety Tips section in the Team Handbook.
bulletSite Equipment
bulletConfirm with Team and Technical Coordinators to determine what houses need roll off trash containers and report needed information to PHP.
bulletConfirm with Team and Technical Coordinators to determine what houses need port-o-lets and report needed information to PHP.
bulletArrange for fork lift rental and delivery for use in warehouse during September. Coordinate return with vendor.
bulletWarehouse Management
bulletOrganize inventory with help from council members.
bulletModify warehouse as needed for stocking.
bulletCoordinate with purchasing committee for ordering materials.
bulletReceive materials into warehouse.
bulletCoordinate pallet stocking for house materials.
bulletCoordinate team materials pick up.
bulletCoordinate return of materials to warehouse on work days.
